Welcome to ConvertFix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered landing page audit service available at convertfix.app ("Service"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConvertFix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvertFix provides automated AI-powered analysis of landing pages. Our Service includes:

  • Quick Audit ($29): 10-point conversion analysis delivered as PDF report
  • Professional Audit ($49): 20-point conversion analysis with before/after examples
  • Premium Audit ($99): 30-point analysis with video walkthrough and copy suggestions

All reports are generated using artificial intelligence and delivered via email within 60-90 seconds of purchase.

3. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-Generated Content: Our audits are generated by AI systems and may not be 100% accurate
  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will improve your conversion rates
  • Analysis Only: We provide analysis and recommendations, not implementation services
  • English Language: Our Service currently analyzes landing pages in English only
  • Public Pages Only: We can only analyze publicly accessible landing pages (no password-protected content)

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and other supported currencies. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. We do not directly handle or store your payment information.

4.3 One-Time Payment

All purchases are one-time payments. We do not currently offer subscription services.

4.4 Taxes

Paddle automatically calculates and collects applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) based on your location. The final price at checkout includes all applicable taxes.

5. Delivery and Access

5.1 Report Delivery

Upon successful payment, your audit report will be generated and delivered to your email address within 60-90 seconds. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

5.2 Technical Issues

If delivery fails due to technical issues on our end, we will either:

  • Retry delivery within 24 hours, or
  • Issue a full refund

5.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address
  • Providing a valid, publicly accessible URL
  • Checking your spam/junk folder

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

ConvertFix, our logo, and our Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

7.2 Your Reports

You own the audit reports you purchase. You may use them for your business purposes. However, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the reports
  • Use them to create a competing service
  • Remove any ConvertFix branding from the reports

7.3 Your Landing Page

By submitting your landing page URL, you represent that:

  • You own the landing page or have permission to analyze it
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • Abuse our Service (e.g., mass submissions, automated scraping)
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment system
  • Use our Service to analyze competitors without their knowledge (ethical use only)
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI prompts or algorithms

9. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process certain data to provide our Service. Please review our Privacy Policy at convertfix.app/privacy for complete details.

Key points:

  • We collect your email and landing page URL
  • We retain data for 30 days, then automatically delete it
  • Payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle (we never see your card details)

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

10.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The audit results will be accurate or complete
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10.2 Limitation of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit report in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ConvertFix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your misuse of the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using our Service at any time. One-time purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day refund period.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to users who:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Batumi, Georgia.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@convertfix.app to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will notify users of material changes via:

  • Email (if we have your address from a recent purchase)
  • Notice on our website

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConvertFix regarding the Service.
